al Panai - Toma's music - purchase here!

al Panai means "on the face" or "facedown" or "in the face" or "in the breath of"... it's a mysteriousl phrase that Israeli's actually use in a derogatory sense in popular Hebrew, "Many, that guy really fell on his face." And in scripture, the meaning is indeed attached to the humble state of "on one's face"... Moses, for instance was "al Panai" before the burning bush... But it means much more the popular context. It means to (as in the picture below of Grandpa Wayne with little Shimon) be "in the face of". It's a phrase often attached to transparent intimacy with God. That's what humanity was intended for.
